The company is among the largest construction entities in Texas with huge interests in the construction industry. The previous experiences working in the construction industry were necessary as it was the gateway to the construction sector. Engineering is an intrinsic component in the construction sector as it involves the utilization of scientific input in the construction industry. Most material used in the construction industry is mostly heavy equipment and materials. A stable structure requires strong and durable materials that ca withstands the forces subjected to the structure. My experiences provided sufficient exposure in the construction sector; this was an important step as it gives one an understanding of how the construction industry workers. Cost estimation and cost control in the construction sector is quite necessary as it brings efficiency in the construction sector. Construction management aims to manage the construction in a more professional manner and ensure construction is up to standards. Management involves estimation of construction cost.
